Legal Services

Notary Public

A notary public verifies identities, witnesses signatures, administer oaths and declarations and certifies documents to confirm their legal effect and authenticity for international use.

Notaries may also authenticate copies of original documents and verify corporate authority through official records.

Notaries play a vital role in preventing fraud and ensuring legal enforceability, making their services essential for international business, property transactions, and legal proceedings.

Failure to properly notarise documents can lead to delays, financial loss, or invalidation.
