China-Appointed Attesting Officers are Hong Kong lawyers appointed by China’s Ministry of Justice to certify legal status and legal effect of documents in Hong Kong for use in mainland China.
After certification, documents will be sent for authentication by China Legal Service (H.K.) Ltd to be legally acceptable for use in the mainland.
