Building Management

Building management in Hong Kong is a highly regulated field, designed to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance in the city’s dense, high-rise urban environment.

Given the complex interplay of private contractual agreements, statutory regulations, and common law principles, effective management requires a thorough understanding of key legal frameworks such as the Building Management Ordinance (Cap. 344), the Buildings Ordinance (Cap. 123), and the Deed of Mutual Covenant.

We work with owners, management committees, property managers and liaise with government departments to resolve many types of issues relating to building management.
