About Kelvin

Kelvin joined our firm as a trainee solicitor in 2018, and qualified as a solicitor in 2020. He later worked in the legal department of an estate agency where he gained practical insights into property transactions.

Kelvin rejoined our firm in 2023 and has since focused on the real estate area, including sale and purchase of properties, mortgages, and tenancies. He strives to provide customised legal services to his clients efficiently. His client-oriented approach and unique experience enables him to handle not only daily property transactions but also complex matters such as banking security transactions and government lease-related cases.
