About Jeff

Jeff was born and raised in Mainland. With a view to practising law in Hong Kong, he pursued further legal studies in Hong Kong after obtaining his Mainland law degree. He was admitted as a solicitor of Hong Kong in October 2023.

Having joined our firm in August 2021 as a trainee solicitor and begun training in conveyancing practice, Jeff developed a foundation in property law and a transactional mindset before moving to dispute resolution practice. He works with both individual and corporate clients on monetary claims, shareholder disputes, recovery and release of frozen assets in cross-border scams, as well as probate and estate administration disputes.

Jeff aims to explain legal matters clearly and keep clients informed about their options and the progress of their cases. When settlement opportunities arise, he works to ensure any agreement aligns with his clients' fundamental objectives.

Apart from litigation and commercial matters, Jeff also assists clients with immigration matters.
