About Ms Chan

Ms Chan has developed her entire legal career with our firm, beginning as a trainee solicitor before qualifying in 1998. She built her practice in our Litigation Department, handling a wide spectrum of civil and commercial disputes. Her background reflects our firm's commitment to nurturing legal talent and providing comprehensive contentious services.

Since becoming a partner in 2007, Ms Chan oversees our Litigation Department while maintaining a diverse practice covering banking and finance matters, corporate advisory, employment disputes, and family/matrimonial cases. She approaches each matter with the practical, client-focused philosophy that defines our firm - delivering clear advice while being mindful of costs and commercial realities.

Drawing on over two decades of experience, Ms Chan provides strategic guidance across her practice areas, from representing financial institutions in complex transactions to assisting individuals in sensitive family matters.
